Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during exceptional circumstances may require additional processing time. If there is any significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders valued at ₹1,200 and above.

For orders below ₹1,200, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order value, and applicable logistics costs.

Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice.

Estimated Delivery

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your delivery location and courier serviceability.

These delivery timelines are estimates only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery commitments.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for select serviceable pin codes, subject to order cut-off times, product availability, and operational feasibility.

While we strive to fulfil eligible orders as quickly as possible, same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Delays

Although we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier partner delays or service disruptions.
  • Severe weather conditions or natural events.
  • Government restrictions or regulatory requirements.
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.
  • Operational, technical, or logistical disruptions.

In such circumstances, delivery timelines may be extended accordingly. Redemption Skin Essentials shall not be liable for delays resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and other delivery details are accurate and complete at the time of placing your order.

We are unable to accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners may make multiple delivery attempts where feasible.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to accept the shipment, or the customer being unavailable, the order may be returned to us. Any further dispatch or resolution will be handled in accordance with our applicable policies.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via your registered email address and/or mobile number.

You may also track your order through your customer account, where available.
