At Redemption Skin Essentials, every product is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. As our products are skincare and personal care items intended for individual use, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards to protect the safety and confidence of every customer.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that plans can change.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may be accommodated provided the order has not yet been processed, packed, or dispatched. Customers are encouraged to submit cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing their order.

Once an order has entered processing, packing, or has been handed over to our logistics partner for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled.

If your cancellation request is approved, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days, although the exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

This policy helps ensure that every product received by our customers remains safe, authentic, and uncompromised.

If you have any questions before placing your order, our Customer Care team will be pleased to assist you in selecting the most suitable product.

Replacement Eligibility

If your order arrives in any of the following conditions, you may be eligible for a replacement:

  • The product was received damaged during transit.
  • The product is defective upon delivery.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product was expired at the time of delivery.
  • Essential item(s) were missing from your shipment.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Replacement

To help us review your request promptly, please provide:

  • Your Order Number.
  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
  • An unedited unboxing video clearly showing the issue, where applicable.

Where reasonably possible, please retain the product, its original packaging, labels, and seals until your request has been reviewed.

Review & Resolution

Every replacement request is carefully reviewed by our Customer Care team.

Once your request has been verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement of the affected product at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Situations Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacement requests cannot be approved in the following circumstances:

  • Requests submitted after the applicable reporting period.
  • Products that have been intentionally damaged, altered, or misused after delivery.
  • Damage resulting from improper storage or failure to follow the product directions.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Personal preference regarding fragrance, texture, consistency, or finish.
  • Minor variations in packaging, colour, fragrance, or texture that do not affect the quality or intended performance of the product.

Refund Policy

Except for approved order cancellations before processing or dispatch, refunds are not offered once an order has been delivered.

Where a cancellation is approved before processing or dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to banking and payment provider processing timelines.
